Yes. The Free plan is free forever — up to 500 monthly visitors, unlimited campaigns, and no credit card. Every feature is included; you only upgrade for more monthly visitor volume.
How does the 14-day free trial work?+
Every paid plan starts with 14 days of full access, no credit card required. At the end you either drop to the Free plan or pick a paid tier — your campaigns and data stay either way.
What counts as a monthly visitor?+
A monthly visitor is a unique visitor who could be shown one of your campaigns during a billing month. Pick the tier that fits your store traffic; you can move up or down anytime.
Do all plans include every feature?+
Yes. Advanced targeting, A/B testing, analytics, email-marketing integrations and unlimited campaigns are in every plan, including Free. Tiers differ only by monthly visitor volume.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime, up or down. Plan changes are processed through Shopify billing and take effect immediately.
How am I billed?+
Billing runs through Shopify and appears on your regular Shopify invoice. Pay yearly to save 20% versus monthly.
